We are not responsible for USPS/UPS delivery delays. All delivery dates are estimates unless an expedited service is selected.
Free Shipping & Eligibility
FREE SHIPPING OVER $99 applies to the 48 adjoining U.S. states (contiguous United States). Any orders above $69.00 may also be eligible for FREE SHIPPING within the United States; however, we may sometimes exclude heavy grocery items or fragile items that require special handling or shipping fees.
Processing & Same-Day Shipping
Orders received before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) on business days are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays when carriers are closed.
Delivery Estimates (Domestic)
Over 90% of our products reach customers on the East and West coasts within 4-5 business days. Customers in and around major Texas cities (Houston, Austin, San Antonio), much of Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and nearby areas to Dallas may receive deliveries within 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
Tracking & Same-Day Explanation
Same-day shipping means we hand your order to USPS/UPS the same day it is processed if placed before the cutoff time. A tracking code will be emailed to you once the package is shipped. Please note USPS First Class mail may not provide tracking.
